Description
A black and white photograph of Lt. James "Boy" Dunsmuir in uniform mounted on his dappled grey horse Kismet, both subjects in profile, behind them the north facade of Hatley Park castle. In pen on the front bottom right "Trio" is written. On the back left centre "Boy Dunsmuir" is written in blue pen and on the top right corner "J3" is written.

James "Boy" Dunsmuir on a horse named Kismet. 

History of Use
This photograph was used by the Dunsmuir family at Hatley Park and later on the British Columbia mainland and Vancouver Island. It was donated to The Castle Society by a grandson of Kathleen Euphemia Dunsmuir.
