A soft-covered auction catalogue, 31 pages, the paper cover slightly larger than the pages, the booklet stapled twice on the spine, printed on the cover's top left corner, "H.W. Davies, M.A.A., & Sons, 1219 Douglas St. and 742 Fort St." and in the centre, "Executor's Sale, Craigdarroch".

Narrative

This catalogue was published in Victoria, B.C. by auctioneer H.W. Davies and intended for use at the sale of Dunsmuir family effects at Craigdarroch on June 21, 22, and 23, 1909.

History of Use

This catalogue was probably used by a person attending the Dunsmuir Executors' auction at Craigdarroch. Its subsequent history of use is unknown. The Castle Society purchased the catalogue from a Vancouver bookstore.
