Description
One steel carving fork with a silver-plated handle engraved, "Dolaura" in cursive font.
History of Use
This carving fork was used aboard the TSSY Dolaura, the yacht commissioned and used by James and Laura Dunsmuir. When the yacht was sold by the family, the silverware was used by the Dunsmuir family at Hatley Park, their Colwood residence.

The donor's mother purchased this carving fork and the related flatware at a Victoria auction in the 1930s or 1940s.
