Thomas Sinclair Gore

Biography
Thomas Sinclair Gore was born 1851 at Gore's Landing, Ontario. He died on January 8, 1937 in Victoria, B.C. He was a surveyor by profession. He was mentioned as an amateur photographer in the Daily Colonist newspaper in February 1886. He photographed the arrival of the first CPR train at Port Moody on July 4th, 1886. Gore was a founding member of the Vancouver Island Arts and Crafts Society.
