Description
Copper fish steamer with handles at each end and foldable leg stands. A removable insert tray (b) is pierced with thirty-nine 1cm holes to rest fish over a water bath. The lid is missing from this piece.
Narrative
This copper fish steamer was intended for use in a kitchen. The foldable leg stands allow for easy storage as well as raised support over a heat source to keep the water bath at an even temperature.
