This photograph of Hon. James Dunsmuir may have been taken in about 1906 when he started his three-year term as Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia. It was taken at the same sitting as another photographic portrait of him in The Castle Society’s collection, 2007.4.9.
The image will be useful for presentation in publications and on exhibition in the Castle’s Dunsmuir gallery.
