Description
One portrait photograph of a girl (Kathleen Euphemia Dunsmuir) wearing a wide brimmed light coloured frilled hat and a light coloured dress with lace detail. On the back of the photograph in the center "GRANDMOTHER" is written and in the top left corner "P29" is written in pencil.
Narrative
Kathleen Euphemia Dunsmuir was a daughter of James and Laura Dunsmuir, and grandaughter to Robert and Joan Dunsmuir.
History of Use
This photograph was used by the Dunsmuir family at Burleith, Government House, and at Hatley Park. It was later used on the British Columbia mainland before it returned to Vancouver Island. It was donated to The Castle Society by a grandson of Kathleen Euphemia Dunsmuir in 2007.
