One upholstered chaise longue with a buttoned back. The piece is covered in a beige brocade fabric. The frame and cabriole legs are of dark walnut. The front legs have white porcelain castors. Narrative
This is one of the earliest pieces of furniture acquired by The Castle Society. From 1969 until about 1985, it was displayed in Craigdarroch's library.History of Use
This chaise longue was donated to Craigdarroch Castle in 1969 by former Winnipeg Alderman Hilda Hesson.1
