Black and white photograph of James Dunsmuir as an older man with a white beard sitting in a wicker chair. He is wearing a three-piece suit and a Homburg hat. His white shirt has narrow wing tips under a silk tie. There is a silver watch chain hanging from the fourth button hole of his six-buttoned waistcoat.

History of Use

This photograph and the Dunsmuir family album that it comes from was passed down through Laura Dunsmuir's daughter Dola Frances Dunsmuir (Mrs. Henry Cavendish) to the family of her sister Kathleen Euphemia Dunsmuir (Mrs. Seldon Humphreys) from whom it was acquired by The Castle Society in 2012.
