These three stories were printed in The Victoria Times.
1. September 23, 1891. "Merry Wedding Bells". This story describes the wedding of Jessie Sophia Dunsmuir to Sir Richard John Musgrave, 5th Baronet of Tourin, Ireland. The wedding took place at Christ Church Cathedral in Victoria, BC and the reception was at the bride's home, Craigdarroch.
2. July 2, 1885. "Cupid's Captives". This story describes the wedding of Mary Jean Dunsmuir to Mr. Henry Croft. The wedding took place at Fairview, the bride's residence.
3. December 10, 1885. "A Brilliant Party." This story describes an elaborate costume party held at the Robert and Joan Dunsmuir house, Fairview. Supper was served at midnight, after which dancing resumed.History of Use
This photocopy display was created by James K. Nesbitt, founding President of The Castle Society in 1974 and was hung one or more walls in Craigdarroch from 1974 until about 1985 when it was replaced by 19th Century artwork and put into storage. Date
