A printed postcard depicting Craigdarroch Castle and BC's Government House together on its face.
Narrative
This postcard is unique to the collection because it is a poignant reminder that BC Lieutenant-Governor James Dunsmuir and his mother Joan Olive Dunsmuir were next door neighbours from 1906 to 1909, but were estranged to the degree that they only communicated through lawyers.
