Narrative
This trade catalogue contains illustrations of patent window screens and screen doors made by the Willer Manufacturing Co. of Milwaukee, WI. This company was one of America’s leading manufacturers of premium-grade window blinds (aka sliding and folding shutters) and screens during the late 19th century. The firm made screens and shutters for Craigdarroch and other notable North American mansions, including the still-extant Heurich House (Washington, DC) and Pabst Mansion (Milwaukee, WI).
