A thick paper fragment cut from a larger piece of paper, a message handwritten on the front in ink.

Narrative

The note is related to 985.035.001, a Christening mug presented to Hilda Greaves by Mrs. Laura Dunsmuir in 1911. 

The donor was Hilda McFarlane (nee Greaves), the person who received it from Mrs. Dunsmuir. She was a volunteer docent at Craigdarroch during the 1980's and greatly appreciated to work of the Society.
 

History of Use

This label and the Christening mug it is related to was presented by Mrs. Laura Dunsmuir to Hilda Greaves on the occassion of her Christening in 1911. Hilda kept it with the mug in Victoria, B.C. until 1985 when she donated it to Craigdarroch Castle.
